Well, that could have gone better. Hmm, what skill is she going to assimilate from those around her? The snake-lady's agility as the bearded lady starts throwing knives at her?
Luck. Lots of luck. Hopefully she inherits it as she did her wings.
Blue Kangaroo: not only does it give you wings, but the hope for luck and the scenario where you won't be kicked to the ground by angry, powerful legs. Believe in the Blue Gabby! Believe in the Blue.
What are you talking about? They're in the middle of the "Just showbiz" option before they inact the "Just become friends" option. I've made some really close friends this way.
Ah, I see, so this is like one of those team-building/trust-building exercises that management consultants do where one employee falls backwards and trusts the other person to catch them, or one employee gets strapped to a spinning board and trusts the other employee to hurl knives at them without impaling them. How clever of them. I see the circus folk have really put a lot of thought into this. Once the heroes have built trust, they will understand the circus folk's pure motivations and let them go.
Exactly! Except there is a much bigger audience. You already have an audience when someone inevitably misses the falling coworker, but now the stakes are much higher. Will the knives miss? Or will they hit? To trust and possible consequences!
