Cleveland, Ohio to Denver, Colorado = 1,333 miles. (The round trip would be 2,666 obviously.)
I grew up in Cleveland, and moved out to Denver while in high school. I've since moved back to Cleveland, but still have friends in Colorado, so I've made the drive more than a few times.
I drove this with five kids in the car and no other drivers, in one shot (stopping for food and gas and stuff) coming home from the beach:

After a few hours sleep in the car at a rest stop, went the rest of the way home to McKinney, TX. So the whole trip was

The Sun Viking Lodge--a place we used to go when we were kids. My brother got us all to go out there for a "nostalgia trip" with our own kids. Really fun. I highly recommend that location if anyone wants a good, family friendly place to stay in the Daytona area.
(I was driving without a spare driver because we flew my wife and the baby so they wouldn't have to endure the trip. This was quite an "adventure" for me because usually I manage the kids while my wife drives. I don't like driving in general and long trips even less.)

I don\'t want to discourage people from posting by giving the impression that the longest distance wins. I\'m hoping that this is more about sharing our experiences than anything else. The longest distance I\'ve driven is from Edmonton to Seattle. I wanted to see what the Emerald City Comic-Con was like and I tried letting my friend Kevin drive my car but trust issues got in the way.
He\'s a much better driver now.
1273 km or 791 miles
It\'s also the time I got my first speeding ticket.

Right--it's not longest distance wins, it's longest distance, divided by the number of drivers, with no sleep stops.
Hope that clears it up.

The longest drive I've done was probably to Chicago & back (I lived in Cheyenne, WY at the time -- I drove to Chicago for the heck of it; went to an art museum and ate at White Castle, then came home. Oh, to be young and impetuous again), but since my wife is imported from Edmonton, we drive that 1200-ish(1-way) mile trip at least once a year, from Torrington, WY.
BTW, Edmonton is a nice town.

Thank you. I sort of like living here. ;)
Ah, White Castle is the definition of impetuous
